Tiffany Renee Mosley Interview
Tiffany Renne Mosely is someone I just met and am super impressed with. While always athletic she just started training for Figure a month ago, and look at the photos and see how amazing she looks already, especially that awesome back. Tiffany has the right attitude, desire, and drive, and she WILL be great when she steps on stage for that first time. She is also a very kind and inspiring woman. I have gotten to talk a little with her and she is always polite and encouraging to me in my own goals. This beautiful woman is going to be a name in the fitness industry one day and I am happy to introduce her to more people in the fitness world.
Q: First Tiffany, I want to thank you for taking the time to do this.
A: THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP US WOMEN OUT AND HOPEFULLY PROMOTE

Q: Can you start out by telling a little about yourself. Family where you
are from, things like that.
A: I'M AN ONLY CHILD FROM CORBIN, KY. I'M A YOUNG, 21 YEAR OLD, COUNTRY GIRL.
HAHA. I'M IN THE MARINE CORPS AND I'M CURRENTLY STATIONED IN NEWBURGH, NY. I
LOVE BEING A MARINE BUT I DO MISS HOME AT TIMES BECAUSE I'M VERY CLOSE TO MY
PARENTS. WHAT TAKES UP A LOT OF MY TIME BESIDES WORK IS TRAINING. MY GOAL IS
TO COMPETE FIGURE ONE DAY AND WIN OF COURSE!!!
Q: Before you started in the gym were you an especially athletic person?
play any sports?
A: YES I PLAYED BASKETBALL, SOFTBALL, AND RAN TRACK IN HIGH SCHOOL. I THEN
CONTINUED WITH TRACK IN COLLEGE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AN ATHLETIC PERSON AND I
LOVE LIFTING WEIGHTS.
Q: What initially got you started in the gym and how long have you been
training?
A: BECAUSE I PARTICIPATED IN SPORTS DURING SCHOOL I WAS ALWAYS IN THE GYM FOR
PRACTICE. AS FAR AS TRAINING FOR FIGURE, I JUST STARTED TRAINING IN
DECEMBER.
Q: Was weight training something you picked up fairly easy? How long before
you started to see results?
A:YES I PICKED IT UP PRETTY EASY. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN ATHLETIC BUILD AND
THE RESULTS COME FAST AS LONG AS I AM DOING THE RIGHT THING AND EATING
RIGHT.
Q: Now I know you are planning to compete. Are you looking more towards
bodybuilding or Figure, and why?
A: RIGHT NOW I AM CONCENTRATING ON FIGURE. I WANT TO SEE HOW IT GOES BUT
LATER ON I MAY TURN TO BODYBUILDING.
Q: At this point what do you consider your best body part or the one that
gets the most compliments?
A: DEFINITELY MY BACK.
Q: Do you have a favorite part to train or favorite exercise?
A: HAS TO BE TRAINING MY LEGS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WHERE I WANT THEM TO BE
AND WATCHING THEM IMPROVE IS MOTIVATING.
Q: What is your normal training routine and diet like?
A: I TRAIN 6 DAYS A WEEK. MONDAY: I DO BACK AND BICEPS, TUESDAY: SHOULDERS
AND TRAPS, WEDNESDAY: CHEST AND TRICEPS, THURSDAY: LEGS, FRIDAY: BACK,
BICEPS, AND SHOULDERS. I ALSO DO ABS AT TIMES AND CARDIO TWICE A DAY.
MY DIET CONSISTS OF CLEAN FOODS. I EAT MEATS SUCH AS FISH, CHICKEN AND
TURKEY AND VEGGIES LIKE ASPARAGUS, BROCCOLI, AND SPINACH. MY FAVORITE FOOD
OF ALL IS SWEET POTATOES. CANT FORGET MY EGG WHITES AND OATMEAL. PROTEIN
SHAKES ARE ALSO MY BEST FRIEND.
Q: When someone sees your physique and muscularity for the first time what
is the most common reaction? More positive or negative?
A: I GET A LOT OF POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
Q: When they see it that first time, what is the one question or comment
you are most sick of hearing?
A: "DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GET THAT BIG?" ITS MY BODY AND I LOVE THE WAY IT
LOOKS BUT SOME MEN DO NOT LIKE MUSCULAR FEMALES.
Q: What do you think is the biggest misconception about women who train or
the one things you wish people understood?
A: WE DO NOT TRY TO BE LIKE MEN, AND WE ARE NOT TRYING TO BE BIGGER THAN
MEN. WE ARE DOING THIS FOR OURSELVES.
Q: Being a female who is obviously in great shape, do you get a lot of
either positive or negative attention in the gym?
A: ALWAYS POSITIVE. PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY ASK IF I COMPETE.
Q: Do you get a lot of friends asking for diet or training advice?
A: YES I DO. AND I AM ALWAYS TO HELP THEM OUT BECAUSE I LOVE TO SHARE MY
KNOWLEDGE AND WHAT I KNOW.
Q: what is your favorite and least favorite part of training?
A: THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME. I LOVE SEEING THE RESULTS BUT I'M ALSO IMPATIENT
AND GET DISCOURAGED THAT ITS NOT QUICK ENOUGH.
Q: Do you have any favorite competitors or any you admire?
A: ALICIA MARIE
Q: Is competing something your friends and family support?
A: YES MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE BEHIND ME 100%.
Q: Do you have a favorite cheat food?
A: CHOCOLATE!!!!
Q: What made you decide you wanted to compete?
A: A GUNNERY SERGEANT HERE AT WORK IS A BODYBUILDER AND SEEING HER MOTIVATED
ME. I SEEN HER PICTURES AND KNEW I COULD DO THE SAME.
Q: Outside of training any other hobbies or activities you enjoy?
A: PLAYING BASKETBALL.

WAKE UP, DO CARDIO, SHOWER, EAT BREAKFAST, WORK, OFF WORK GO HOME AND EAT
DINNER, GYM, SHOWER, HOMEWORK, SLEEP

A: ACTOR: MORRIS CHESTNUT; MOVIE: LION KING (ALWAYS WILL BE); TV SHOW: CSI;
MUSICIAN: TI.

Q: Have you made any set goals as to when you plan to compete?
A: DUE TO ME BEING STATIONED OVERSEAS SOON, NO I HAVEN'T BECAUSE I HAVE TO
FIGURE OUT WHERE ILL BE GOING AND IF THERE WILL BE ANY SHOWS IN THE COUNTRY

Q: Is there anything you may want to take this time to plug or promote?
A: I KNOW I WILL GET TO THAT LEVEL SOON AND BE EXACTLY WHAT COMPANIES WANT. IT
HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOAL OF MINE TO MODEL OR BE A SPOKESPERSON FOR PRODUCTS OR
ATHLETIC WEAR.
