UFC Fight Night: Korean Zombie vs Ige Results





UFC Fight Night took place June 19th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Virna Jandiroba got a really nice win over Kanako Murata. In round one Jandiroba was landing well on the feet before pulling guard and almost getting an armbar. In round two it was clear Murata's arm was in trouble and as the round ended the doctor put a stop to it. Earlier Casey' O'Neill remained undefeated getting a win over Lara Procopio. Procopion had a really good first round landing some good punches but seemed to tire quickly in round two and O'Neill took over. Gamebred FC 1 Results





Gamebred FC had it's debut bare knuckle MMA card on June 18th from Biloxi Community Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. In women's action Danielle Wynn got a first round finish of Monica Medina. Wynn came out aggressive and then the fighters clinched. Wynn was on the outside trying to be offensive but Medina was able to stall that until Wynn got the takedown. Both fighters had moments on the feet where they seemed to maybe be taking over but the other fighter then responded and tried to seize momentum. In the end two judges sided with Murphy. UFC 262: Oliveira vs Chandler Results




UFC 262 took place May 15th from Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. In women's action Katlyn Chookagian took a decision from Viviane Araujo. The first round was close with Araujo using her power advantage. In round two, Araujo got the takedown and did some good work from the top. Chookagian finally escaped and landed some good strikes before the end of the round. Round three saw Chookagian really step it up and win the round on the feet. In the end the judges sided with Chookagian. Earlier Andrea Lee got back on track with a win over Antonina Shevchenko. Round one was mostly a striking exchange with Shevchenko getting off to a good start before Lee came on and took some control. In round two Lee decided to take it to the ground and dominated from there before securing the triangle armbar for the tap. Also Priscila Cachoeira stopped Gina Mazany in round two. MAzany used her superior grappling to take the first round but as round two progressed she began to tire and Cachoeira rocked her and finished her. The first round started out good with both fighters landing some good shots and being aggressive. Late in the round Pinheiro got a takedown and as she was on her knees and still grounded, Markos landed an up kick and Pinheiro could not continue resulting in the DQ. Earlier Luana Carolina took a decision from Poliana Botelho. Round one saw Botelho get off to a great start coming forward and landing punches. UFC 261: Usman vs Masvidal 2 Results





UFC 261 took place April 24th from VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. In women's action Rose Namajunas regained the strawweight title with a knockout of Weili Zhang in the first round. After an initial exchange of strikes, Namajunas put her down and out with a head kick in just over one minute to claim the title. LFA 105: Rodriguez vs Gotsyk Results





LFA 105 took place April 23rd from Grand Hotel Casino and Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma. In the main event Pierangela Rodriguez won the vacant strawweight title by defeating Svetlana Gotsyk. Most of the bout was the two trading strikes on the feet with Rodriguez landing the harder shots. UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs Gastelum Results





UFC Fight Night took place April 17th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Tracy Cortez took a decision from Justine Kish. In round one Cortez got the fight to the ground and dominated with hard ground and pound. In round two she tried the same but Kish was able to stand and win the round on her feet. UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs Holland Results






UFC Fight Night took place March 20th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Montserrat Cornejo was successful in her UFC debut taking a decision from Cheyanne Buys. Cornejo kept repeatedly getting the headlock takedown and kept the position on the ground. She never came close to a finish but Buys was unable to escape the takedowns or get up once she went down. After the fight, both fighters had to be separated as words were exchanged. Earlier Macy Chiasson won a decision in a really good fight against Marion Reneau. UFC Fight Night took place March 13th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Angela Hill looked great taking a decision from Ashley Yoder. From the outset, Hill outstruck her and had her backing up. Yoder did get a takedown late in the third round but that was really her only significant offense. iKon 5 took place March 5th from Biloxi Civic Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. In women's action Emilee King took a close decision from Kayla Hracho. Round one was Hracho using harder striking to jump out to the lead. In round two both fighters landed some good shots in the closest round of the fight and in round three after a close few minutes King dropped her with a head kick that was enough to get her the round. UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs Lewis Results





UFC Fight Night took place February 20th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Yanak Kunitskaya took a decision from Ketlen Vieira. In round one Vieira got it to the ground and controlled it there but Kunitskaya came back in round two and landed on top and landed some good ground and pound. Round three saw Vieira get the takedown and spend most of the time on top but it was Kunitskaya landing the punches and all three judges sided with her. Earlier Casey O'Neill was successful in her UFC debut against Shana Dobson. Round one saw some good exchanges of power punches but round two O'Neill took over and got the finish. LFA 100: Altamirano vs Smith Results





LFA 100 took place February 19th from Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. In women's action Elle Moliere defeated Amber Danielson-Smith in both fighters pro debuts. Round one saw Moliere hurt Danielson-Smith on the feet with hard punches and then almost getting a choke late in the round. In round two Danielson-Smith took over as Moliere seemed to tire, landing good punches and kicks. Round three saw Moliere get the takedown and stay on top to get the decision. Also, in a battle between two fighters making their amateur debuts Maria Henderson took a decision from Amanda Mitchell.
