Polaris 12 Results






Polaris 12 took place November 30th from ICC Newport in Newport, Wales. The grappling card featured a female bout as Michelle Nicolini defeated Vanessa English. English came out the aggressor early looking for the upset and was able to get some things done. But Nicolini took over and eventually got the submission with a toe hold. UFC Fight Night 164 took place November 16th from Ginasio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In women's action Ariane Lipski beat Isabela De Padua in an exciting fight. De Padua took the fight on one days notice and was the third different scheduled opponent for Lipski. Invicta FC 38: Murata vs Ducote Results






Invicta FC 38 took place November 1st from Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. In the Main Event, Kanako Murata won the vacant strawweight tile taking a close decision from Emily Ducote. The story of the bout was Murata using her wrestling to try and control from top position while Ducote was good defensively looking for submissions of her back. In the end two of the three judges sided with Murata. In the co-main event, flyweight champ Vanessa Porto defeated Karina Rodriguez in a bout that was changed from a title fight to a non-title fight when Rodriguez missed weight.
