Wanted to take a moment to send a big congrats to Carmen Morales. You will recall my earlier interview with this amazing young woman and some members of her girls high school weightlifting team. Carmen recently took first in her weight class in the County Championships. This is an awesome feat, and proof of how successful she can be. I am very proud of her. Congrats Carmen, keep it up.
