Submission Underground 13 took place April 26th from an undisclosed location in Portland, Oregon. In the main event Craig Jones defeated Vinny Magalhaes. Early on Jones was going for heel hooks and had one locked in tight. Magalhaes didn't tap but after a couple minutes it became clear he was injured and he had to verbally submit.
