UFC Fight Night took place November 14th from UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In women's action Ashley Yoder defeated Miranda Granger via decision. Most of the bout was Yoder getting well timed takedowns and controlling the action from the top. Granger had moments where she got in a good position but couldn't get anything going. Earlier Cory McKenna took a controversial decision from Kay Hansen. Each of the rounds saw them stand for the first half or so where McKenna would hold a slight advantage but then in the second half of the round Hansen would get the takedown and control the action on the ground. In the end all three judges sided with McKenna. Also Kanako Murata won her UFC debut using her superior wrestling to defeated Randa Markos. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
1. Heavyweight: Don'Tale Mayes (8-4) defeated Roque Martinez (15-7-2) via Unanimous Decision (30-27/30-27/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Mayes.
2. Welterweight: Alex Morono (18-6, 1NC) defeated Rhys McKee (10-4-1) via Unanimous Decision (30-27/30-27/30-27). We scored it 30-27 Morono.
3. Bantamweight: Tony Gravely (20-6) defeated Geraldo de Freitas (12-6) via Split Decision (30-27/28-29/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Gravely.
4. Strawweight: Kanako Murata (12-1) defeated Randa Markos (10-11-1) via Unanimous Decision (30-27/30-27/30-27). We scored it 30-27 Murata.
5. Strawweight: Cory McKenna (6-1) defeated Kay Hansen (7-4) via Unanimous Decision (29-28/29-28/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Hansen.
6. 195LB Catch Weight: Sean Strickland (22-3) defeated Brendan Allen (15-4) via TKO at 1:32 of Round 2.
7. Strawweight: Ashley Yoder (8-6) defeated Miranda Granger (7-2) via Unanimous Decision (30-26/29-27/29-27). We scored it 30-27 Yoder.
8. Welterweight: Khaos Williams (11-1) defeated Abdul Razak Alhassan (10-3) via KO at :30 of Round 1.
9. Welterweight: Rafael Dos Anjos (30-13) defeated Paul Felder (27-6) via Split Decision (47-48/50-45/50-45). We scored it 50-44 Dos Anjos
