UFC made it's debut on ESPN/ESPN + on January 19th with a big Main Event. Flyweight Champion Henry Cejudo defended his title against Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw. The fight was over before it even got started as just seconds into it, Cejudo hurt and then dropped Dillashaw and landed a few more forcing the ref to stop it. Dillashaw protested the stoppage but the protest was for naught. In women's action Joanne Calderwood got a big win spoiling the debut of Ariane Lipski using a smart game-plan and some very good ground work taking a one sided decision. Also Paige VanZant returned after a long hiatus to defeat Rachael Ostovich. Round one was all Ostovich, dominating on the ground, holding position and landing some strikes. But in round two it was VanZant who ended up in the dominant position and securing the armbar submission. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.

3. Lightweight: Dennis Bermudez (18-9) defeated Te Edwards (6-3) via Unanimous Decision (30-26/30-26/30-26). We scored it 30-27 Bermudez.
4. Bantamweight: Cory Sandhagen (10-1) defeated Mario Bautista (6-1) via Tapout (Armbar) at 3:31 of Round 1.
5. Light Heavyweight: Alonzo Menifield (8-0) defeated Vinicius Castro (9-2) via TKO at 3:56 of Round 1.
6. Flyweight: Joanne Calderwood (13-3) defeated Ariane Lipski (11-4) via Unanimous Decision (30-26/30-26/30-27). We scored it 29-28 Calderwood.

9. Flyweight: Paige VanZant (8-4) defeated Rachael Ostovich (4-5) via Tapout (Armbar) at 1:50 of Round 2.
10. Flyweight: Joseph Benavidez (27-5) defeated Dustin Ortiz (19-8) via Unanimous Decision (29-28/29-28/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Benavidez.
11. Lightweight: Gregor Gillespie (13-0) defeated Yancy Medeiros (15-6, 1NC) via TKO at 4:59 of Round 2.
12. Heavyweight: Allen Crowder (10-3, 1NC) defeated Greg Hardy (3-1) via Disqualification (Knee to downed opponent) at 2:28 of Round 2.
