Bellator 214 took place January 26th from The Forum in Ingelwood, California. The Main Event was for the Heavyweight Title and the finals of the Heavyweight Grand Prix. Ryan Bader become a dual champ as he also holds the Light Heavyweight Title when he knocked out Fedor Emelianenko in just thirty-five seconds. In really the first exchange of the fight, Bader dropped him with a hard overhand and landed a couple on the ground to end it. In the Co-Main Event Henry Corrales scored a huge win knocking out Aaron Pico. Pico had Corrales her and dropped but Corrales recovered and in separating from a clinch knocked him out cold.
