WXC Warrior Wednesday took place August 28th from Crystal Gardens in Southgate, Michigan. In the main event for the bantamweight title, Jose Johnson walked away with the tile scoring a first round knockout of Pipe Vargas. Early on it was clear Johnson was the better striker as he landed the majority of the strikes. Vargas got a takedown but Johnson was right back to his feet and began teeing off on Vargas and finally dropping him for the win. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.

5. Bantamweight: Taylor Moore (10-4) defeated Josh Robinson (12-13) via Tapout (Triangle Choke) at 3:03 of Round 3.
6. Flyweight: Jesse Bazzi (11-6) defeated Joshua Smith (8-6) via Tapout (Guillotine Choke) at :34 of Round 2.
7. Bantamweight Title: Jose Johnson (10-4) defeated Pipe Vargas (7-2) via KO at 3:34 of Round 1.
