UFC Fight Night took place October 27th from Avenir Center in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. In the night's Main Event, Anthony Smith scored a huge win over Volkan Oezdemir. The first two rounds saw Oezdemir doing well with leg kicks and takedowns. In round three however, Smith got into the dominant position, secured the choke and the win. Afterwards he asked for a title shot. In women's action, Talita Bernardo took a unanimous decision from Sarah Moras. The story of the fight was Bernardo getting takedowns and from the top controlling the fight. Moras tried a late comeback looking for a submission but couldn't get it.
