Glory 61 took place on November 3rd from Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, New York. In the Main Event, Kevin VanNorstrand took a decision from Massaro Glunder. Glunder scored a knockdown in round two but in round three was deducted a point which proved to be the difference in the scoring. In women's action Chommanee Sor Taehira defeated Ashley Nichols by decision. Rounds one and two were close with two judges giving both to Taehira. 5. Super Bantamweight: Chommanee Sor Taehira (92-17-1) defeated Ashley Nichols (12-6) via Split Decision (29-28/27-30/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Taehira.
6. Lightweight: Justin Houghton (11-6) defeated Vince McGuinness (1-2) via Unanimous Decision (29-28/30-27/30-27). We scored it 29-28 Houghton.
7. Welterweight: Charles Rodriguez (9-0) defeated Malik Watson-Smith (59-25) via Technical Unanimous Decision (20-18/20-18/20-18). We scored it 20-18 Rodriguez.
