Serbian Battle Championship 28 took place June 19th from Sportsko-Pslovni Centar in Odzaci, Serbia. In the main event Goran Reljic took a close split decision from Miro Jurkovic. All the rounds were close with both fighters landing some good hard shots on the feet. Jurkovic seemed to have the power advantage where as Reljic had more volume at times. In the end, two of the three judges sided with Reljic. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
1. Middleweight: Ilija Brkan (1-1) defeated Nebojsa Mrsic (2-6) via TKO (Retirement) at 5:00 of Round 2.
2. Welterweight: Slavoljub Mitic (9-3) defeated Adrian Radovanovic (0-2) via KO at 3:06 of Round 1.
3. Featherweight: Nemanja Prhic (0-1, 1NC) vs Nikola Egic (0-0, 1NC) was ruled a No Contest (Accidental low blow by Egic) at 1:03 of Round 1.
4. Welterweight: Nenad Avramovic (8-8) defeated Enis Mucaj (1-1) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 29-28 Avramovic.
5. Middleweight: Jovan Zdelar (2-0) defeated Stanislav Krofak (8-5) via Tapout (Rear Naked Choke) at 2:16 of Round 1.
6. Light Heavyweight: Nemanja Kovac (12-3) defeated Milan Nakic (6-8) via KO at 1:19 of Round 1.
7. Light Heavyweight: Nemanja Uveric (9-5) defeated Andjelko Kitic (12-16) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 29-28 Uveric.
8. 198LB Catch Weight: Goran Reljic (19-8) defeated Miro Jurkovic (10-2) via Split Decision. We scored it 29-28 Reljic.
