Bellator 233 took place November 8th from WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. In women's action Arlene Blencowe took a decision from Leslie Smith in a possible number one contenders bout. Round one saw Smith push Blencowe to the cage and try and use dirty boxing while Blencowe did some work to in a close round. The next two rounds saw Blencowe use her boxing to keep the fight at a good range for her and take the decision. Earlier Amanda Bell got a third round stoppage of Janay Harding. Round one saw Harding seize control on the feet. Round two Bell came back and got the fight to the ground and dominated and in round three more of the same and Bell was able to get the TKO.
