UFC Dana White's Tuesday Night Contenders Series Season Two Week Three Results

The latest installment of Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series took place June 26th, as always from Las Vegas, Nevada. In the Main Event, Antonina Shevchenko showed off her great Muay Thai skills defeating late replacement Jaimee Nievera. Shevchenko was aggressive when she needed to be, working the Thai clinch to land beautiful knees often. Nievera showed heart in continuing to battle and try and stay in there but the ref stepped in and called it off in round two. Shevchenko earned a UFC contract and joined sister Valentina as the first sisters in the UFC. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.

UFC Fight Night 132: Cerrone vs Edwards Results

UFC Fight Night took place on June 23rd from The Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. We had a trio of female bouts on the card. In the first, Ji Yeon Kim took a decision in a good fight from Melinda Fabian. Both fighters had their moments but Kim's aggressive striking seemed to be the difference as she was able to get off first in most of the exchanges. Next up Yan Xiaonan took a decision from Viviane Pereira. Xiaonan was the more effective striker and was able to land the more solid blows although Pereira also had her moments, just not as effective as Xiaonan. Later in the card, Jessica Eye took a decision from Jessica-Rose Clark. The first two rounds were very close, as both landed punches but Eye seemed more able to land hers and then escape before Clark could land as much of return. The third round was definitely Eye's round and she sealed the fight with a late takedown. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.

In the Main Event Matt Sayles made short work up previously unbeaten Yazan Hajeg by getting him to the ground and being aggressive landing strike after strike forcing the ref to stop the bout. In the Co-Main Event, Anthony Hernandez made even shorter work of Jordan Wright in a battle of undefeated fighters getting the knockout in just forty seconds. Premier FC 26 took place June 16th from The Sheritan Springfield in Springfield, Massachusetts. In the night's Main Event, William Knight defeated Terrance Jean-Jacques. After a close first round, Knight took over and put on a striking display getting the second round stoppage. In the Co-Main Event, Marisa Belenchia won her pro debut over Grace Nowak. They trade punches to start but then once in the clinch, Nowak seemed to not be sure what to do, Belenchia got a takedown and was able to do what she wanted as Nowak had no defense, then Belenchia got the submission with just seconds left in the round. In earlier women's action, Hannah Goldy remained unbeaten as a pro with a dominant decision victory over Lisa Blaine. Goldy used her superior punching accuracy as well as superior conditioning. Friday Night Fights: Topic vs Martinez Results





Another Friday Night Fights took place June 15th from The Broad Street Ballroom in New York, New York. In the Main Event of the Muay Thai card, Ognjen Topic won the WKA Lightweight Intercontinental Title with a very impressive win over Miguel Martinez. After some initial feeling out Topic landed a hard leg kick that buckled and dropped Martinez and Martinez was unable to answer the ten count. In amateur women's action, Jillian Bosserdet took a decision from Mary Brulatour in a good fight. Brulatour took the first round with the harder shots landing.
