BFC 56 took place July 8th from Prim Hall in Minsk, Belarus. In women's action, in a kickboxing bout, Svetlana Spetsian won her pro debut over previously unbeaten Ksenia Nikolaeva. Rounds one and two saw Spetsian landing the harder punches and kicks and due some good work from the clinch. In round three Nikolaeva mounted some offense of her own and had her opponent looking tired. But it was too little too late as the judges sided with Spetsian. 4. Lightweight Kickboxing: Magomed Makhamaev (4-0) defeated Dimitriy Filippov (18-4) via Decision. We scored it 29-28 Filippov.
5. Lightweight Kickboxing: Maxim Spodarenko (27-11) defeated Serhii Poliuha (10-4) via Decision. We scored it 29-28 Spodarenko.
6. 159 Catch Weight Kickboxing: Denis Zuev (20-12) defeated Dmitriy Filonchik (6-5) via Decision. We scored it 30-26 Zuev.
7. Welterweight: Alexey Shilo (1-0) defeated Dmitriy Pastuhov (1-2) via TKO at :37 of Round 1.
8. Featherweight: Murat Azerbiev (1-0) defeated Anton Hanenya (2-2) via Tapout (Guillotine Choke) at 1:28 of Round 1.
9. Welterweight: Rustam Serbiev (2-1) defeated Vladislav Trusevich (1-2) via Tapout (Rear Naked Choke) at :20 of Round 1.
10. Lightweight: Shamil Gasanov (5-0) defeated Artem Luferchik (1-1) via Tapout (Guillotine Choke) at :45 of Round 1.
