UFC Fight Night 170 took place March 14th from Ginasio Nilson Nelson in Brasilia, Brazil. The unique card with no fans in attendance due to coronavirus concerns saw female action as Amanda Ribas scored a victory over Randa Markos. Ribas controlled the first two rounds first taking advantage on the feet and then on the ground. Round three saw Markos attempt to get back into it and after initial success, Ribas again took control and the decision. Earlier Maryna Moroz scored a big win over previously unbeaten Mayra Bueno Silva. At first Silva came out the aggressor and landed some punches but then Moroz got in her groove and while she definitely did not have the power of her opponent, she landed the cleaner and more frequent strikes. Also Bea Malecki remained undefeated taking a decision from Veronica Macedo. Macedo took the first round landing better strikes and that had her opponent rattled but she tired after that and Malecki took over. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
