LFA 82 took place February 21st from Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota. In women's action Pauline Macias remained undefeated taking a split decision from Dana Grau. Most of the fight was on the feet with Grau coming forward and Macias landing most of her shots moving backwards and in short spurts moving forward. Macias attempted a couple tackdowns but Grau either sprawled or was up quick. In the end, two of the three judges sided with Macias. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
1. Heavyweight: Thomas Petersen (2-0) defeated Brian Peterson (3-2) via TKO at 1:52 of Round 1.
2. Flyweight: Nate Smith (6-0) defeated Sean Stebbins (2-1) via TKO at :45 of Round 2.
3. Welterweight: Korey Kuppe (8-3) defeated JP Saint Louis (6-4) via TKO at 3:08 of Round 2.
4. Strawweight: Pauline Macias (4-0) defeated Dana Grau (2-3) via Split Decision (27-30/29-28/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Grau.
5. Featherweight: Jake Childers (8-0) defeated Nate Richardson (7-2) via KO at 2:50 of Round 1.
6. Light Heavyweight Title: Alex Polizzi (6-0) defeated Jamal Pogues (7-3) via Tapout (Heel Hook) at :41 of Round 4.
