LFA 94 took place October 30th from Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. In the main event Lupita Godinez became the new strawweight champion taking a decision from Vanessa Demopoulos. Early Godinez established her superior striking hurting Demopoulos a few times with punches. As the rounds wore on Godinez continued to do that but Demopoulos showed a ton of heart and even came back and had success of her own, but it was too late and the judges sided with Godinez. Earlier Loveth Young scored a quick win dropping Reena Norville to get the TKO win in just over two minutes. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
1. Featherweight: Edwin Cooper (3-1) defeated Ethyn Ewing (0-1) via Unanimous Decision (30-26/29-27/29-27). We scored it 30-26 Cooper.
2. Strawweight: Loveth Young (2-1-1) defeated Reena Norville (0-1) via TKO at 2:16 of Round 1.
3. Middleweight: Jalin Fuller (4-0) defeated Miles Amos (3-1) via Tapout (Front Choke) at 1:59 of Round 3.
4. Middleweight: Ozzy Diaz (5-1) defeated Logan Woods (3-1) via TKO at 1:36 of Round 1.
5. Bantamweight: Fernie Garcia (8-1) defeated Yan Hayes (9-7) via Split Decision (28-29/30-27/30-27). We scored it 30-27 Garcia.
6. Featherweight: Chase Gibson (10-5) defeated Thai Clark (8-1) via Technical Submission (D'arce Choke) at 4:18 of Round 2.
7. Lightweight: Aaron McKenzie (9-2-1) defeated Joe Giannetti (9-4-1) via Unanimous Decision (30-27/30-27/30-27). We scored it 29-28 McKenzie
8. Strawweight Title: Lupita Godinez (5-0) defeated Vanessa Demopoulos (5-3) via Majority Decision (49-46/48-47/47-47). We scored it 49-45 Godinez.
