Bellator 243 took place August 7th from Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. In women's action, Valerie Loureda remained undefeated win a win over Tara Graff. Round one saw Loureda use constant movement and circling and landing strikes whenever Graff got close. Round two saw Graff start to land some of her own and even the bout up but with seconds remaining in the round Loureda dropped her and followed it up causing the ref to stop it right at the bell.
