Trinity Kings 8 took place October 12th from Blaisdall Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii. In the main event Alex Munoz remained undefeated taking a decision from Troy Lamson. The entire bout was on the feet with Munoz landing more even while backing up and seeming to have more power on his punches. Lamson for his part stayed aggressive and kept moving forward but was unable to get off as many shots as Munoz. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.
1. Featherweight: Mikey Bright (1-0) defeated Jeremy Santiago (0-1) via TKO at 2:02 of Round 3.
2. Lightweight: Jerome Macalino (1-0) defeated Titus Strictland (2-3) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 30-27 Macalino.
3. Welterweight: Lawrence Collins (3-0) defeated Nate Feitosa (1-6) via TKO at :52 of Round 2.
4. Featherweight: Ryan DeLa Cruz (11-7) defeated Daniel Friend (2-5-1) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 29-28 DeLa Cruz.
5. Lightweight: Robby Ostovich (8-5-1) defeated Tyson Duckworth (9-8-1) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 30-27 Ostovich.
6. Middleweight: Chris Cisneros (18-10) defeated Justus Faaiu (4-3) via Split Decision. We scored it 29-28 Faaiu.
7. Welterweight: Alex Munoz (6-0) defeated Troy Lamson (13-3) via Unanimous Decision. We scored it 30-27 Munoz.
