Alaska Fighting Championship 151 took place August 21st from Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage, Alaska. In the main event Kris Berberich made short work of Chance Staggs. After an initial exchange of punches Berberich took it down, Staggs was able to stand back up but Berberich took it right back down first going for a guillotine and then securing the armbar for the win. 3. Light Heavyweight: Mario Herrera (1-0) defeated Onosai Moana (6-8-1) via Unanimous Decision (30-25/30-25/30-26). We scored it 30-25 Herrera.
4. Welterweight: Jacob Jones (1-0) defeated Zack McCone (1-1) via TKO at :18 of Round 2.
5. Bantamweight: Noah Abdill (1-1) defeated Hunter Hickman (2-1) via Split Decision (30-27/28-29/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Abdill.
6. 140LB Catch Weight: Kris Berberich (3-6) defeated Chance Staggs (4-1) via Tapout (Armbar) at 1:45 of Round 1.
