Island Fights 52 took place February 7th from Hadji Shriners Temple in Pensacola, Florida. In the Main Event, Brok Weaver stayed on a roll beating James Freeman by disqualification. Weaver was controlling the bout on the ground and then got mount and an arm triangle. Freeman was not tapping and apparently his corner thought he was out and rushed into the ring which is illegal and that ended the bout. In the Co-Main Event UFC veteran Chase Sherman defeated Jeremy May. Sherman was dropped with a kick early on but recovered and landed a hard leg kick that hurt and dropped May. May was unable to stand after and the ref continued to tell him to stand. Sherman voiced displeasure that the ref was taking so long but he finally stopped it. 1. Light Heavyweight: Logan Woods (2-0) defeated Kory Moegenburg (1-2) via TKO at 1:47 of Round 1.
2. Middleweight: Andre Hall (3-1) defeated Michael Morgan (3-4) via Tapout (Rear Naked Choke) at 4:36 of Round 2.
3. Welterweight: Robert Turnquest (10-5) defeated Wesley Golden (8-13) via Unanimous Decision (29-28/29-28/30-27). We scored it 29-28 Turnquest.
4. Heavyweight: Chris Barnett (18-6) defeated Robert Neal (4-6) via Unanimous Decision (29-28/29-28/29-28). We scored it 29-28 Barnett.
5. Heavyweight: Chase Sherman (13-6) defeated Jeremy May (13-11) via TKO at 3:13 of Round 1.
6. Welterweight: Brok Weaver (13-4) defeated James Freeman (6-3) via Disqualification at 3:27 of Round 1.
