Alaska Fighting Championship returned on September 19th from Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage, Alaska. In the night's Main Event, Dominick Meriweather dominated David Booker before getting the submission. Meriweather took it to the ground right away and while Booker defended pretty well for a time, Meriweather, upon standing back up, sunk in the guillotine for the tap. In the Co-Main Event, Mike Plazola got a second round finish of Cody Rice. Round one saw Plazola control the action, get a takedown and land some nice shots. Round two went back down to the ground and this time Plazola got the finish. Here are all your results and our Of The Night Awards.

4. Light Heavyweight: Aaron Phillips (1-0) defeated Jason Hughes (0-1) via Tapout (Strikes) at 3:00 of Round 1.
5. Lightweight: Mike Plazola (16-9) defeated Cody Rice (13-13) via Tapout (Rear Naked Choke) at 1:08 of Round 2.
6. Lightweight: Dominick Meriweather (5-1) defeated David Booker (3-3) via Tapout (Guillotine Choke) at 4:16 of Round 1.
