Just to introduce, this is the first installment of Vanessa Winright Main's contest prep update she will be doing for this blog. Jennifer is an amazing woman and I am honored to have her and her sister both do this as they prepare to take the stage together
11 weeks out: Cardio-5 times per week, 30 minutes
Monday: Legs (Leg Press, Squats, Hack Squat Machine, Stiff-Legged Deadlift, Leg Extensions, Abs)
Tuesday: Back, Delts, Biceps
Wednesday: Chest, Triceps, abs
Thursday: Legs (Glute emphasis)
Friday: Delts, back, biceps, triceps, abs
***I also do pushups and pullups during every workout/ calf raises every other day!!!***
Diet:
Meal 1 : 1 scoop muscle provider shake, 3 oz. lean turkey, 1 slice of ezekiel bread
Meal 2: UMP Shake- 2 scoops with water
Meal 3: Chicken and rice mix- 1/2 cup brown rice, 4 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup grilled veg- onion, zucchini and bell pepper
Meal 4: Muscle provider- 1 scoop with water
Meal 5: 4 oz chicken, green beans, sweet potato
Meal 6: UMP Pudding
I am motivated more than ever with my training and my eating plan!!! Only 11 more weeks before its show time baby!!! My sister has been a great support system and she is doing great with her training as well!!! We are going to workout this Sunday at my gym to motivate each other and give each other advice- different workouts and areas we need to hit harder!!!
